The challenge
When a UAE company needed a local Ajman supplier, they relied on personal contacts, cold calls or generic directories — and Ajman SMEs had no single place to find procurement opportunities or form a formal partnership. Tenders were missed, companies couldn't find each other, and there was no trusted way to actually close and sign a deal.
Our approach
- 01Built a closed, invitation-only ecosystem where every Ajman SME profile is pulled from the Chamber's own registry and carries a 'Verified by Ajman Chamber' badge — no signups, no unverified businesses.
- 02Created a curated opportunity feed of tenders, procurement requests and RFPs that SMEs can filter by industry, deadline, value and type, then submit formal proposals with pricing and supporting documents.
- 03Added in-platform messaging so connected companies communicate on the record, and an admin dashboard giving the Chamber team full visibility into active companies, opportunities, proposals and signed agreements with exportable reports.
- 04Delivered the platform's standout capability — formal MOU signing using the Chamber's official templates, executed digitally through DocuSign and stored permanently for both parties and the Chamber.
The outcome
The platform turns the Chamber's existing network into an active, deal-making ecosystem — taking companies from first discovery to a signed, legally-structured agreement without ever leaving the platform. The current version is a fully working pilot built in English, with Arabic support, government-tender discovery and AI-powered SME matching on the roadmap.
